Established on October 1, 2022, Continental Insurance Life Lanka Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of Continental Insurance Lanka Limited - licensed under the Insurance Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (IRCSL) under section 14 of the Regulation of Insurance Industry Act. No. 43 of 2000, in July 2022.
